Terms of Service

These terms govern access to ClawToTikTok, including the website, dashboard, API, connected TikTok accounts, and any hosted skill distribution endpoints.

Acceptable use

• You must have the right to upload and publish the media you send through the service.
• You may not use ClawToTikTok to violate TikTok platform rules, copyright, privacy, or advertising laws.
• You are responsible for the behavior of any agents or automations using your API keys.

Billing

• Paid access is billed through Polar on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Usage limits are enforced per workspace and plan.
• We may suspend access for unpaid balances, abuse, or security concerns.

Credentials

• Keep your API keys and linked TikTok accounts secure.
• Rotate keys if you believe they were exposed.
• We may revoke credentials when necessary to protect the service or comply with third-party requirements.

Third-party dependencies

ClawToTikTok depends on TikTok, Cloudflare, Clerk, and Polar. Changes or outages in those services may affect availability and functionality.
