Privacy Policy
ClawToTikTok helps customers connect TikTok accounts, upload media, publish posts, manage API keys, and monitor post-level metrics. This policy describes the data used to operate that service.
What we collect
- Account data such as Clerk user id and primary email.
- Workspace, billing, and subscription metadata stored in D1.
- TikTok account identifiers, profile metadata, and encrypted OAuth tokens.
- Uploaded media stored temporarily in R2 so TikTok can fetch and publish it.
- Publish job records, webhook events, and post-level metrics like views, likes, comments, and shares.
How we use it
- Authenticate users and manage workspace access.
- Process subscriptions and enforce usage limits.
- Publish videos and slideshows to TikTok on customer request.
- Provide status updates, logs, and analytics in the dashboard and API.
Third parties
ClawToTikTok depends on Cloudflare, Clerk, Polar, and TikTok. Those providers may process technical data needed to host the service, manage authentication, process billing, and fulfill TikTok posting requests.
Retention
Uploaded media is intended to be short-lived and is retained only long enough to support TikTok ingestion, retries, and auditability. Billing and operational records may be kept longer for security, fraud prevention, and accounting.
